When I approached Rick to quote some work I needed to have done on my basement "man room" he was very prompt for our meeting to walk through the jobs I was considering. I walked through several jobs that I was looking to have done and Rick spent a good deal of time taking measurements and asking questions in order to ensure that his quote would be accurate and my expectations would be met. Once I received the quote and made some adjustments, Rick was very agreeable to readjusting the quote. As for the quality of workmanship by Rick, it was fantastic! He also corrected a few things I did not know needed correcting. He adjusted a concrete pad under the basement door that had dropped down making for a large step. The pad is now the proper distance from the door. He also corrected an error to the exterior of my home that the original builder had made which I was not aware of. It was a minor fix but he still took the extra time to make it right. I would hire Rick again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him to anyone else needing interior or exterior carpentry work.
